Philanthropy

Our chapter has annual philanthropic events with new ones being added as the opportunity presents itself to make a positive impact in our community. We firmly believe that we, as men of principle, are capable of making a difference not only on our campus but in the wider community.

Beta Theta Pies is our annual fall fundraising event for the Ryan Wood Foundation. Brothers are pied by the Furman community in exchange for money that goes towards the Ryan Wood Foundation, an organization near and dear to our chapter.

The Leprechaun Leap 5k is our annual spring race first hosted in March 2024. The 5k starts and ends at Trailblazer Park in nearby TR with funds going to the local TR Police and Fire Foundation. For our first race, we had over 150 runners and raised over $2,500!
